Data You Create in the App

HabitFolio stores the habit data you choose to create, including habit names, scheduling preferences, reminder settings, chapter settings, daily completion records, notes, optional mood values retained by the app's data model, sub-items for compound habits if you use that feature, and app preferences such as language choice and onboarding state.

Where Your Data Is Stored

HabitFolio stores app data locally using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud sync is available, SwiftData may mirror your HabitFolio data through Apple's CloudKit service in your Apple account. Home Screen widgets read and update HabitFolio data through the app's shared App Group container. PDF files are generated on device.

HabitFolio does not operate its own account system or external habit-data server.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, HabitFolio schedules local notifications on your device using Apple's UserNotifications framework. Notification permission is optional. Habit tracking works if you deny or disable notifications.

Apple Services and Third-Party Code

HabitFolio uses Apple platform services including CloudKit, WidgetKit, App Intents, UserNotifications, SwiftData, and App Groups. Apple's handling of data in iCloud and system services is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies.

HabitFolio uses TPPDF, an open-source library, to generate PDFs on device. The app does not send your habit content to TPPDF or any third-party server.

Your Choices and Controls

You can edit, archive, or delete habits and entries inside the app, disable reminders, remove Home Screen widgets, sign out of iCloud, or delete the app to remove local app data from the device. If data has already synced to iCloud, retention and deletion may also depend on your Apple account, iCloud settings, backups, and Apple's system sync behavior.

Children

HabitFolio is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

HabitFolio 是一款本地优先的 iPhone 与 iPad 习惯追踪应用。HabitFolio 不出售你的数据，不使用广告 SDK，也不接入第三方分析或追踪 SDK。

你在应用中创建的数据

HabitFolio 会保存你主动创建或设置的习惯数据，包括习惯名称、计划频率、提醒设置、章节设置、每日完成记录、备注、应用数据模型中保留的可选心情值、复合习惯的子项目数据（如果你使用该功能），以及语言、引导状态等应用偏好。

数据存放在哪里

HabitFolio 使用 Apple 的 SwiftData 框架将应用数据保存在设备本地。如果你已登录 iCloud 且 iCloud 同步可用，SwiftData 可能会通过 Apple 的 CloudKit 服务将 HabitFolio 数据同步到你的 Apple 账户中。主屏幕小组件通过设备上的 App Group 共享容器读取并更新数据。PDF 文件在设备本地生成。

HabitFolio 不运营自己的账户系统，也不提供外部习惯数据服务器。

通知

如果你启用提醒，HabitFolio 会使用 Apple 的 UserNotifications 框架在设备上安排本地通知。通知权限是可选的；即使你拒绝或关闭通知，核心习惯记录功能仍然可用。

你可以在应用内编辑、归档或删除习惯和记录，关闭提醒，移除主屏幕小组件，退出 iCloud，或删除应用以移除设备上的本地应用数据。如果数据已经同步到 iCloud，其保留和删除也可能受到你的 Apple 账户、iCloud 设置、备份以及 Apple 系统同步行为影响。

儿童

HabitFolio 并非面向儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
